Light the fire in your heart
"Journey to the Sacred" is a gathering to rekindle the flame of spiritual renewal and connection. Join me for an evening of soulful inspiration, as we walk together to sacred spaces within ourselves and beyond.
As your guide, I will share stories and teachings from my recent travels to Costa Rica and Mexico, including holding the energetic container of a month-long retreat, kundalini energy work sessions in the jungle (they were WILD), and a deep initiation and sacred ceremony with 250 other women that stretched me physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
Stories echo Truths that are asking to be awakened inside of you. They connect you to the flame inside your heart.
I share these stories and lessons so you may receive deeply what Spirit is speaking to you.
These experiences gave me lessons that I will carry forward into all areas of my life. I choose to share them openly and vulnerably at this time, so they may benefit those who choose to listen.

Many of these stories I will never share again, as they are very personal to me and I am still integrating. So I am creating space here and now to share them, and then let them lie within my own heart to be my medicine.

Being in ceremony with over 250 other women for 4 days and 4 nights I learned so much. Fasting, praying, dancing under the moonlight. It was a deep initiation, on many levels.
One lesson in particular has changed me and the way I pray.

The more I discover about myself, the harder it is to define who I am. I am everything and nothing.
Some call me a teacher, mentor, medicine woman, musician. Energy worker, facilitator, songwriter. Some call me a witch.
Some even call me Mom (although I have no birth children of my own). They say I'm their "Spiritual Mother" or even "Fairy Godmother".
