Step into a fairytale and spend the week living in a 13th century restored farmhouse, nestled inside an evergreen forest.  Immerse yourself in breathtaking beauty and experience a thoughtfully curated program of daily movement, enlightening workshops, nourishing meals, and opportunities to enjoy all the land has to offer.

The farmhouse is a sanctuary of peace and tranquility, with minimalist design, terracotta tiles and a studio space of hardwood floors and archways.

Much of life at Ebbio is spent outdoors - exploring the fields, dining family-style on the terrace, and stargazing or sunbathing. The south exposed patio is perfect for both sunrise and sunset.

Ebbio is located on a sprawling organic farm, and all meals will be prepared using its produce.

Matty will help us to connect deeper to the energy of the land and ourselves, bringing in Tao teachings, breathwork, ceremony and presence. Together, these build a bridge in the unseen and support your dreams to become a reality

Yoga instructor, Herbalist, Community Builder, Host of Ebbio

Micol is a dreamweaver and herbalist, well-versed in the 5 Star Method of dream interpretation and the gastronomy of dreams! She will guide us in harvesting and crafting herbal medicines and will also be leading yoga classes.

Matriarch of Ebbio
(since 1989)

Ebbio's 81-year-old Matriarch will join us for the farm-to-table meals where she will share stories of Ebbio, her spiritual journey, mediumship, ancestors of the land, and all she holds. It is such a special gift to have her presence and wisdom with us during the retreat.
